These terms cover what you get when you buy a slot on the 4Funzzies social billboard, how refunds work, what you keep ownership of, and how long we hold onto your data. Read them. By checking out you agree to all of them.
4Funzzies operates a pay-per-slot social billboard. Users purchase time slots during scheduled live events; approved content is displayed fullscreen on a physical billboard placed in a public location and is simultaneously broadcast on our live stream, which also captures audience reactions on camera. A full schedule of upcoming events is published on the homepage.
You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18+) to purchase a slot. The only personal information we collect from you is the email address used for your Stripe receipt and the optional handle/business name you choose to display on the billboard. Your email is never shown on screen and is never sold to third parties.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Slots are non-refundable once approved and queued. Exceptions: (a) content rejected by moderation is refunded automatically by Stripe at the moment of rejection; (b) if a scheduled event is cancelled or ends before your slot plays, every remaining paid slot is auto-cancelled and refunded in full; (c) a technical failure on our end that prevents your slot from playing qualifies for a full or partial refund. Refunds typically settle in 5–10 business days. Abandoned checkouts are released automatically with no charge.
Optional add-ons (Queue Jump, Instant Takeover, Rapid Fire) are non-refundable separately — they live and die with the underlying slot purchase. If your base slot is refunded for any reason in Section 03, the add-on portion is refunded with it. Add-ons may be temporarily unavailable when their operator-side toggles are off or the duration prerequisites aren't met; the checkout page only displays the add-ons that are actually available at booking time.
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting, you grant 4Funzzies a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, broadcast, and archive that content in connection with operating the billboard and its live stream. You confirm you have the rights to publicly display every element of your submission — including any third-party images, music, characters, or trademarks — and that the submission complies with our Content Policy and all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for any third-party claims arising from your content.
The billboard is filmed in a dual-view format — the screen itself plus the surrounding public area, including any passersby whose reactions are visible. By submitting content you acknowledge the stream is live-broadcast on YouTube and Twitch and is recorded for archival, marketing, and chargeback-evidence purposes. We may use captured clips of the broadcast (including reaction footage) in our own promotional materials. Stream recordings are retained for at least 120 days to support Stripe dispute windows.
Approved or rejected submission records (handle, message, file, email, payment IDs) are automatically deleted from our operator dashboard and database 24 hours after they finish their lifecycle. Denormalized play evidence — what aired, when, and to which payment intent — is retained for at least 120 days as required by payment-processor dispute timelines. Uploaded files are removed from storage on the same 24-hour cycle as the submission record.
Approval is at our sole discretion. We may reject any submission for any reason consistent with the Content Policy or our community standards, even if a similar submission was previously approved. Repeated policy violations may result in being banned from future bookings.
4Funzzies is not liable for technical outages, weather events, scheduling changes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control that prevent scheduled content from displaying. In such cases we will reschedule your slot or refund as described in Section 03. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the affected slot.
We may update these Terms periodically. The current version is always available at this URL with a "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes affecting active slots will be highlighted to existing buyers via email where possible.
